My Name is Dirceu Filho, and I am the founder of Zaypay.

In my previous role as a Payroll Manager, I had the opportunity to lead the implementation of Planday© as the time management software across several European countries where our group operated. During this time, I encountered numerous challenges working with various payroll bureaux, each with its own set of difficulties. My primary frustration was the lack of collaboration. I was striving to integrate our systems and find mutually beneficial solutions, yet the payroll bureaux seemed disinterested in working towards a shared goal.

I am deeply passionate about payroll. There is something incredibly satisfying about streamlining processes to ensure they run smoothly and efficiently. While the initial setup can be demanding, the rewards are more than worth the effort.

With these experiences in mind, I founded Zaypay—a payroll bureau designed to meet the standards I once sought as an in-house payroll implementation manager.
